Leadership: How to Energize Your Workplace
Learn Six Ways to Create a Great Place to Work
What if your workplace were fully energized, a place where people and ideas thrive? Would it be a more fun and profitable place to work? Would it be easier to lead your team if they were fully energized? Can you energize your team with your leadership if you’re a mid-level leader or even if you have no leadership authority? Absolutely! Whether you’re an authorized leader or a leader by influence, learn six ways to bring your team and workplace to life for greater engagement, satisfaction, retention and profitability.
“My experience with you and the depth of your experience, your
easygoing manner, remarkable insight, and thoughtful advice has been
extremely valuable to me, to my organization and the people within it.”
Dave Leland, Managing Director, Leland Consulting Group
Masterful Teaching: How to Empower Excellence
Learn Three Techniques to Elevate Your Delegating to Masterful Teaching
Are you delegating to teach and empower others or just to get the job done. Or, worse, are you just doing the work yourself, because that’s easier and faster than delegating? Getting the job done is fundamental, but if it’s your only focus, it’s short-sighted. Learn how to recognize signs that you’re telling too much and teaching too little. Then learn three techniques to empower long-term excellence. Teachers who empower excellence as they delegate build team knowledge, capability and depth. Their attention to masterful teaching, while getting the work done, improves long-term satisfaction, retention and profitability. Learn how to elevate your telling to the level of masterful teaching.
“Jo Smith offers a rare combination of professionalism, insight, intellect
and empathy that truly make her a ‘coach’s coach’.”
Mark Long, Managing Partner, Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt
Achieve It: The Power of Goal Setting
Everything begins with imagined possibilities.
What do you want to achieve that you haven’t yet achieved? Is it one big goal or a few smaller ones? Which goal is most important? What has prevented you from achieving it until now? Maybe it’s been lack of time or money, the two most common reasons given, or maybe it’s been lack of focus or support. If you wait until the money, time, focus or support magically appear, your big goal might become a big regret. Our greatest regrets are not the things we did, but the things we didn’t do. Now is the time! Identify your most important goals, goals that support your values and vision of success, and create an action plan to make them happen. Don’t wait! Live your best life NOW!
“I’ve done everything you said I could do.”
